Flowering much earlier in late June, Bell has a very distinctive dark pink/purple colour giving that very vibrant colourful look to the moorland.  And of course, the flowers are bell shaped!

The honey from Bell can be extracted as normal summer honey and is a distinctive dark red in colour.  The honey itself tastes exquisite.
